RELX is hiring a Senior Cloud & AI Security Enablement Engineer to design secure cloud and AI environments, turning recurring security requirements into reusable guardrails, automated controls, and developer‑facing enablement. The role partners with Security Architecture, BISO/AppSec, Cloud/Platform Engineering, and GRC to speed secure delivery and reduce manual work across cloud workloads and AI features.

• Build and maintain reusable cloud security guardrails for identity, logging, encryption, and data protection.
• Translate security standards into deployable cloud patterns and templates.
• Partner with engineering to embed security controls into CI/CD and IaC workflows.
• Support CSPM, CNAPP, cloud workload protection, IaC and secrets scanning.
• Develop policy‑as‑code and control‑as‑code mechanisms.
• Provide remediation guidance and reusable fix patterns for misconfigurations.
• Establish dashboards and metrics on control adoption and remediation progress.
• Design AI‑assisted workflows for security intake triage and threat modelling.
• Build prompt libraries, rubrics, and validation steps for approved AI use.
• Identify repetitive tasks to accelerate with AI‑assisted processes.
• Partner with GRC, Legal, Privacy to ensure auditable AI workflows.
• Measure AI workflow effectiveness and time saved.
• Define secure design patterns for AI-enabled applications and AI APIs.
• Set cloud security requirements for AI workloads including identity and data storage.
• Support AI threat modelling and risk reviews with BISO/AppSec.
• Create guidance for safe use of AI coding assistants and vector stores.
• Convert recurring questions into guidance, checklists, and self-service workflows.
• Build lightweight intake routing to triage reviews.
• Create a library of approved cloud and AI security patterns.
• Embed approved security decisions into tooling and templates.
