Job summary

Next Ventures partners with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international operations. You will drive end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA migrations, multi-country rollouts, and governance, working with senior business and IT stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or global rollouts.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP delivery lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional SAP programmes involving international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate multiple SAP workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR and other functions.
• Interface with executives, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors.
• Drive governance through steering committees, reporting, and communications.
• Oversee programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Manage programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
