Job summary

Next Ventures is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international business operations.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and multi-country rollouts, working with senior business and IT stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes.
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations or global rollouts.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and delivery lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional SAP programmes with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, rollouts and transformations.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR and other functions.
• Serve as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, SI partners and vendors.
• Drive governance through steering committees, executive reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee risks, issues, escalations and change control processes.
