Job summary

Next Ventures, in partnership with a leading global organisation, seeks a Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international business operations. You will manage end-to-end delivery of SAP initiatives, including S/4HANA migrations, multi-country rollouts, and complex governance structures, while engaging senior stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or global rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP delivery lifecycle.
• Experience leading cross-functional SAP programmes involving multiple business units and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programmes from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams, aligning across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR, and other functions.
• Serve as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
