The role focuses on delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and multi-country rollouts, coordinating senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and standards.
• Create integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional SAP workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR and more.
• Interface with executives, business leaders, IT teams, SI partners, and vendors.
• Drive governance through steering committees, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
