Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale SAP programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes and projects from initiation through to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR and other business functions.
• Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Drive programme governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure effective management of programme risks, issues, escalations, and change control processes.
• Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and commercial governance.
