Job summary

Next Ventures is partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international operations. The role focuses on delivering multi-country SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations and rollouts on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or global rollouts.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and delivery lifecycle.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programmes with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP programmes from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, rollout, and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project management standards.
• Build and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate multiple SAP functional and technical workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR and other functions.
• Act as the primary interface between executive stakeholders, business leadership, IT teams, system integrators and vendors.
• Drive governance through steering committees, executive reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee programme risks, issues, escalations, change control, and financials.
