Job summary

Next Ventures, in partnership with a leading global organisation, is recruiting an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programmes across international business operations. The role requires delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and multi-country rollouts, working with senior business and IT stakeholders to keep programmes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP programmes.
Proven track record with SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts.
Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
Experience leading cross-functional, international SAP programmes.
Experience with budgets, governance, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programmes from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
Manage global SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, rollouts, and transformations.
Develop programme governance, delivery frameworks, and project standards.
Build integrated programme plans with milestones, budgets, risks, and resources.
Coordinate multiple SAP workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics, HR.
Interface with executives, business leaders, IT teams, system integrators, and vendors.
Drive governance via steering committees, reporting, and communications.
Manage risks, issues, escalations, and change control.
Oversee programme financials, forecasting, vendor management, and governance.
