Job summary

Globalpayer is seeking a Salesforce Engineering Director to define the engineering strategy for the Salesforce platform and lead multiple teams across global locations. You will establish KPIs, manage budgets, and drive delivery excellence while partnering with product, architecture, and operations to set roadmaps.

The role requires a senior leader who can balance strategic thinking with execution, build a high-performance engineering culture, and mentor the next generation of engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years leading large-scale Salesforce engineering organisations or platform teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce programmes and platform transformations.
• Strong leadership of geographically distributed teams and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy for the Salesforce platform.
• Lead multiple engineering teams and managers across global locations.
• Establish and manage KPIs, OKRs, and operational metrics for performance and quality.
• Own workforce planning, budgeting, and talent development across the Salesforce function.
• Drive delivery excellence and governance across multi-product initiatives.
