Worldpay is seeking a Salesforce Engineering Lead to direct the strategic direction, delivery, and operational excellence of our Salesforce ecosystem across the enterprise. You will shape the engineering organization, set roadmaps, and drive secure, scalable solutions supporting the end-to-end customer lifecycle.
The role reports to the technology leadership team and focuses on governance, performance, and capability development across global locations while ensuring alignment with business
Qualifications
- 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years leading large Salesforce engineering teams.
- Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce programmes and platform transformations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies and modern engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the engineering strategy for the Salesforce platform aligned with business objectives.
- Lead multiple engineering teams and platform specialists across global locations.
- Establish and manage engineering KPIs, OKRs, scorecards, and operational metrics.
- Own workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning within Salesforce engineering.
- Drive delivery excellence and maintain platform performance, security, and reliability.
