Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce development in a large global financial services organisation.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative configuration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I as a minimum; Platform Developer II and related certs desirable.
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Proven DevOps and CI/CD tooling experience (Git, Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling, security, governor limits.
• Broad engineering experience across multiple capabilities and teams.
• Knowledge of end-to-end SDLC and modern engineering disciplines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and hands-on development of scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Own engineering standards, code quality, and platform integrity.
• Design and build robust integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.
• Drive DevOps maturity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Deliver proofs-of-value and proof-of-concept builds to test ideas.
• Harness AI capabilities such as Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce.
• Mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and raise team capability.
