Job summary

Quadrille is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support its international sales team. You will coordinate title information, prepare materials and assist with orders and reports to help inform commercial decisions.

The role focuses on English-language markets, with a London-based hybrid work pattern and collaboration with distributors worldwide. Strong data skills and Excel/PowerPoint are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to balance competing priorities.
• Highly organised with effective time management.
• Ability to understand data and identify anomalies in sales figures.
• Excellent relationship-building with team, stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact between Quadrille and international sales teams and distribution partners.
• Coordinate publication schedules, priority titles and new title information within deadlines.
• Create and maintain sales materials for international sell‑in (digital catalogues, collections, presentations).
• Support international order processing and follow-up with sales, CS and partners.
• Produce regular and ad hoc international sales reports to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Assist in planning for international launches, meetings, workshops and book fairs with materials.
• Attend meetings with international teams and distribution partners and relay actions to the Quadrille team.
• Monitor the Quadrille Sales inbox and route queries to the right person.
