GEA Germany GmbH is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Material Handling & Containment Technologies at its Eastleigh Core Technology Centre to drive European growth. The role combines technical understanding with commercial ownership, collaborating with international sales teams and engineering specialists.

You will manage full sales cycles, translate URS into solutions, prepare proposals, and maintain CRM records. Travel approximately 30% internationally.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in technical sales of capital equipment.
• Experience in material handling or containment technologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex sales opportunities and negotiations.
• Experience working with international customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth from qualification through to order intake.
• Translate technical requirements into material handling and containment solutions with engineering support.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals, including pricing and costings.
• Collaborate with regional sales organisations, engineering, marketing and project teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate the transition of awarded projects to execution teams.
