GEA in Eastleigh seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth for our material handling and containment technologies across Europe. You will own the full sales cycle, coordinate with international teams and deliver innovative pharma solutions from our Core Technology Centre in Eastleigh.

The role requires an engineering degree, 5+ years in technical capital equipment sales, and a proven ability to manage complex negotiations with international customers. English fluency is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years in technical sales of capital equipment, preferably material handling or containment tech.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical Oral Solid Dosage processes and containment solutions.
• Proven track record managing complex sales opportunities and commercial negotiations.
• Experience with international customers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; fluent English; proficient in CRM tools.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth across Europe for material handling and containment portfolio.
• Translate requirements into effective solutions with engineering support.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial offers, including pricing.
• Collaborate with regional sales, engineering, marketing and projects teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast opportunities.
• Coordinate handovers of awarded projects to execution teams.
