GEA is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Material Handling & Containment Technologies at our Eastleigh Core Technology Centre. You will drive growth across Europe, managing opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award while collaborating with international sales teams and engineering specialists.

The role requires a degree in engineering, 5+ years in technical capital equipment sales, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
At least 5 years' experience in technical sales of capital equipment.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical Oral Solid Dosage manufacturing processes.
Experience with international customers and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

Drive sales growth across the complete sales cycle from opportunity qualification to order intake.
Translate technical requirements into material handling and containment solutions with engineering support.
Prepare competitive technical and commercial offers including pricing and presentations.
Collaborate with regional sales, engineering, marketing and project teams to develop opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast opportunities; ensure smooth handovers to execution teams.
