Job summary

Office Angels in Wellington, Somerset is seeking a Sales & Export Coordinator to support the sales team with quotations, orders and logistics. You will manage CRM/MRP records, communicate delivery timelines, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

The role requires experience in sales administration or export coordination, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer service, logistics or export coordination.
• Proficient with CRM/MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales in quotations, budgets and tender submissions.
• Maintain accurate CRM and MRP records for customers, quotes and opportunities.
• Process orders and communicate delivery requirements and shipping details clearly.
• Act as primary contact for customers, updating on quotes, orders and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Finance to meet requirements.
• Handle returns, warranty claims and repairs efficiently.
• Prepare commercial documents for UK and international shipments.
• Arrange domestic and export shipments with approved logistics providers.
