Job summary

Techary is seeking an experienced Lifecycle Team Lead to coordinate our global Lifecycle function, ensuring customers receive consistent, high-quality build, deployment, and asset lifecycle services across Orpington, NJ, Amsterdam, and Singapore.

You will line-manage 2 direct reports, drive process improvements, oversee reverse logistics, asset management, and dashboards, and work with Intune, Autopilot, and JAMF to keep customers satisfied.

Qualifications

• Strong background in device build, deployment and lifecycle management (Windows and macOS).
• Working knowledge of Asset Management Platforms and ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Familiar with remote deployment tooling (Intune, Autopilot, JAMF).
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior technical staff.
• Comfortable coordinating work across remote or international colleagues.
• Clear, confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Global build delivery & SLA ownership across multiple sites.
• Lead and coach a small team, manage training and workloads.
• Oversee reverse logistics and warehouse operations and streamline processes.
• Maintain accurate asset records and support lifecycle reporting.
• Utilise dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and SLAs.
