Job summary

Northern Trust Asset Management is seeking a Database and Content Specialist to join the global RFP function. The role supports client and consultant relationships by managing high-quality content and data across multiple geographies, working with Client Relationship Managers and SMEs, and maintaining information in eVestment, Omni Complete, and Qvidian.

You will collaborate with teams across regions, ensure accuracy and timeliness of responses, and help keep the consultant databases and content

Qualifications

• College degree in finance or economics.
• 1–3 years in financial services; asset management preferred.
• Experience with RFP and consultant databases is key.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and coordinate information for regular consultant database updates.
• Liaise with SMEs to ensure completeness and accuracy of responses.
• Maintain RFP content in Qvidian and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep firm and product data current.
