Northern Trust is seeking an International RFP professional to join the Asset Management team in London. You will coordinate high-quality RFPs, RFIs and questionnaires for EMEA and APAC clients, liaising with multiple departments to ensure timely responses and strong content quality.

The role requires over two years of RFP experience, with an emphasis on accuracy, initiative, and stakeholder coordination within a global financial services environment.

• Proficiency with statistical information and ability to interpret financial data.
• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and initiative when responding to short deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Follow our established RFP processes to complete high calibre standard and non-standard RFPs, RFIs, Consultant Questionnaires and potentially DDQs.
• Add value to the RFP process with understanding of client/prospect requirements and meet deadlines.
• Create robust audit trails for content and critically review material for quality.
• Work on multiple deadlines concurrently.
• Maintain and analyse metrics.
• Maintain Qvidian database for the EMEA and APAC regions and ensure content stays current.
• Maintain Consultant Databases when required.
• Manage the process for business unit invoices.
• Assist RFP Manager and wider team with ad-hoc requests.
