Job summary

Enterprise Control Systems (ECS) in the UK is seeking a Customer Support Engineer – International to install, commission and support advanced RF and datalink systems for defence and government customers worldwide. You will deliver customer training, run live demonstrations and participate in acceptance tests and client trials.

You’ll troubleshoot networking and communications systems globally, collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure top‑tier support.

Qualifications

• Background in RF communications, networking or datalink systems.
• Confident delivering technical training and live demonstrations.
• Excellent customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel extensively and work independently.
• Ex‑military candidates with communications or networking experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and support advanced RF and datalink systems
• Deliver customer training and live technical demonstrations
• Carry out Factory Acceptance Tests, site surveys and customer trials
• Troubleshoot networking and communication systems worldwide
• Work closely with Engineering and Project teams to deliver exceptional customer support
