Job summary

Rowden is seeking a Field Engineer to configure, deploy, and support C4ISR and Robotics systems across UK and overseas exercises. You will work with Systems, Software, Infrastructure, and Product teams to test features and assist frontline users.

The role involves domestic and occasional international travel, with additional compensation provided for deployments. Candidates must be eligible for UK Government security clearance and comfortable working in a customer-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• UK resident for the last five years to obtain Government security clearance.
• Experience autonomously supporting customers including fault-finding and on-site provisioning.
• Fundamental knowledge of IP networking and ability to rapidly develop technical competence in complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, configure, deploy, and support C4ISR and RAS systems.
• First-line support: configuration, bug reporting, and troubleshooting for deployed users.
• Test new software features and provide feedback to inform development.
