Job summary

Owen Daniels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to install, commission and support complex communications and network systems. Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys working directly with customers and travelling internationally?

I'm working on an exciting Customer Support Engineer opportunity within a specialist communications and defence environment, supporting complex technical systems across the UK and overseas.

The Role

• Installation, commissioning and maintenance of communications and network systems
• 2nd-line technical support and repair
• Customer site surveys and technical troubleshooting
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and customer trials
• Customer training and technical demonstrations
• Requirements capture and technical documentation
• Working closely with customers and internal engineering teams

Around 70% site-based, with UK and international travel
