Job summary

Stannah is seeking a Repairs Coordinator in Warrington to support engineers and subcontractors, coordinate field activities and ensure timely delivery of repair projects. You will work closely with the Field Repair Manager, manage documentation and reporting, and help drive health and safety compliance within a busy service branch.

The role requires prior administration experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle queries from customers to resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy office environment and able to plan and prioritise workloads.
• Ability to interpret and report accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, allocation and safety compliance for repair work.
• Ensure proper use of compliance processes and organise engineers’ equipment and documentation.
• Attend site meetings, write reports and alert management to issues or delays.
• Oversee completion of repair works, manage payment milestones, invoicing and procurement of materials.
• Investigate incidents and prepare variation quotes; handle additional tasks as assigned.
