Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Broker for the LatAm Facultative GB business. You will lead the placement, renewal and servicing of LatAm facultative reinsurance and build senior relationships with cedants across London and international markets.

You will develop tailored reinsurance solutions, drive new business opportunities, and contribute to global LatAm strategy while ensuring compliant placement and strong client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in (Re)Insurance with broking/underwriting background.
• Significant Facultative Reinsurance experience with LatAm market knowledge.
• Strong understanding of global (re)insurance markets and complex client requirements.
• Experience across retail, reinsurance and retrocession placements is a plus.
• Proven ability to win, grow and retain profitable business.

Responsabilités

• Lead placement, renewal and servicing of LatAm facultative reinsurance, identifying markets and strategies.
• Build senior relationships with cedants, clients and markets across London and international hubs.
• Develop tailored facultative reinsurance solutions including pricing and placement.
• Drive new business development: prospecting, RFPs, client presentations.
• Identify growth, cross-sell and opportunities with existing clients to maximise revenue.
• Provide technical market expertise and advise on complex reinsurance needs.
• Lead negotiations with underwriters and key market contacts.
• Collaborate with global LatAm Facultative strategy and cross-functional teams.
