Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Regulatory Learning Lead to manage the global training lifecycle across EMEA, LATAM, and Canada.

The role collaborates with Compliance and SMEs to identify needs, develop learning solutions, and ensure timely, compliant training programs across regions. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional learning initiatives, oversee audits, and support regulatory examinations while maintaining governance and training records.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end regulatory training lifecycle across EMEA, LATAM and Canada.
• Partner with Compliance and SMEs to identify training needs, develop learning solutions.
• Deliver and oversee regulatory learning solutions across regions.
• Analyse training and compliance data to support regulatory, audit and control requests.
• Maintain accurate training and project records and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with global learning teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
• Lead training-related projects and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support regulatory examinations, internal reviews, and audit activities related to training programmes.
