Job summary

Oh Polly, a fast-growing ecommerce fashion brand, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the People Team in the UK. You will support UK and global recruitment, coordinating from application to onboarding and acting as main contact for candidates.

This role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and experience with ATS. You will manage interviews across locations/time zones, assist with employer branding and campaigns, and help improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a recruitment coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident working with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Comfortable coordinating interviews across different locations and time zones.
• Proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach.
• Passion for recruitment, people and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy through to offer and onboarding.
• Manage interviews, assessments and scheduling across different teams, locations and time zones.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, systems and candidate data.
• Support job postings, recruitment reporting, agencies and external recruitment partners.
• Assist with international recruitment and onboarding activity.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns and careers events.
• Contribute to wider People and Talent projects and identify ways to improve our recruitment processes.
