Job summary

Oh Polly, a fast-growing fashion brand, seeks a commercially driven Trading Manager to join our Liverpool team. You will drive online sales performance across Oh Polly and Bo+Tee by optimising the customer journey and analysing trading performance.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, CRM and Tech to ensure websites are optimised for conversion, revenue and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience interpreting data and presenting findings to senior colleagues.
• Proven ability to trade high-volume e-commerce sites.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day trading across global sites for Oh Polly and Bo+Tee.
• Monitor sales, conversion, traffic, AOV, and other KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver weekly/daily trading analysis and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Manage online trading calendar for launches, campaigns and promotions.
• Optimise merchandising across pages and onsite search for sales uplift.
• Collaborate with Buying/Merchandising to ensure product availability and visibility.
• Work with CRM, Paid Media and Marketing to support campaigns and launches.
• Analyse customer behaviour to improve conversion and full-price sell-through.
