Job summary

United Media is seeking a Recruiter Coordinator to lead end-to-end recruitment at our London HQ. You will manage role Profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scripts, and interviews, while shaping our employer brand to attract top talent.

You will work closely with the CEO on strategy and drive improvements to onboarding and recruiting workflows, with clear opportunities for internal promotion in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit is required.

• Willingness to document and streamline recruitment processes.
