Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Recruiting Coordination or Recruitment Administration.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technology tools.
• Understanding of UK/Europe/US employment regulations is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ATS administration; ensure candidate records, stages, notes, scorecards, and feedback are accurate.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple departments and hiring managers; manage scheduling logistics.
• Support candidates with timely communication and a positive experience.
• Create and maintain job advertisements and requisitions aligned with branding and requirements.
• Support offer generation, onboarding admin, and pre-employment processes.
• Maintain data hygiene; produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve talent processes and reporting.
• Support Talent Partners and hiring managers with interview process administration.
