Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join the London HR team. You will support the full recruiting lifecycle for roles across EMEA and APAC, delivering an outstanding candidate experience while enabling recruiters and hiring managers to run an efficient, coordinated process.

You will also provide general HR administration support, including document preparation, HR service requests, and day-to-day activities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years of experience in recruitment coordination, diary management, HR administration or a similar role.
• Experience in financial services would be a plus but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and manage complex calendars across multiple time zones.
• Manage recruiting inbox and serve as primary point of contact for candidates.
• Provide onsite support for interviews and candidate visits; book meetings and register guests.
• Set up online meeting invites on Zoom and Teams.
• Administer case studies, tests and other assessments.
• Oversee background screening processes and HRIS data entry in Workday.
• Assist with drafting offers and employment contracts and pre-employment documentation.
• Support onboarding of new hires with HR Operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and contribute to their implementation.
