Job summary

Hamilton Lane is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join the London HR team. You will support the full recruiting lifecycle across EMEA and APAC and provide general HR administration support to ensure a smooth, efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recruitment coordination or HR admin experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years of experience in recruitment coordination, diary management or a similar role.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple time zones and calendars.
• Serve as primary candidate contact and manage the recruiting inbox.
• Provide onsite support for interviews and candidate visits, including onboarding support.
