Responsibilities

• Advocate for the customer by coordinating with production, engineering and purchasing.
• Utilize ERP and Excel to analyze orders and schedules.
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries and provide options.
• Enter orders accurately and manage EDI/Supply chain communications.
• Maintain customer forecasts in the MPS module.
• Maintain customer order records and pricing tables.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams and lead day-to-day team activities.
