Job summary

IN2 Consult is seeking a Global R2R Process Owner in London (Hybrid) to lead end-to-end Record to Report across the Group. You will shape global R2R strategy, operating model, governance and continuous improvement, driving standardisation, and leveraging automation and AI to create a scalable finance function.

The role reports to Group Finance leadership and requires extensive multi-country experience, senior stakeholder engagement, and a track record of cost and efficiency improvements within

Qualifications

• Experience leading global R2R / Record to Report programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end R2R processes across multi-entity organisations.
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with IFRS/GAAP and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global R2R strategy, operating model and governance framework.
• Drive standardisation and harmonisation of R2R processes across geographies and entities.
• Oversee the global financial close, balancing speed, accuracy, control and quality.
