Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading global R2R teams in a large multinational.
• Strong governance, process design and operating model skills.
• Excellent collaboration with audit teams and finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the global month-end close and reporting cycle with defined KPIs and controls.
• Lead and strengthen the R2R process, ensuring accountability and risk management.
• Build relationships with upstream and downstream stakeholders to improve hand-offs.
• Sponsor the global R2R transformation agenda, including tech investments and operating model changes.
• Oversee statutory accounts delivery, governance, and sign-off processes.
• Develop a resilient, scalable R2R capability with succession planning.
