Job summary

Solutions Driven is seeking a Global Process Owner for Record-to-Report (RTR). Hybrid role based in Leicester or London, offering £90,000–£100,000 plus annual bonus, car allowance and private medical.

You will own the global RTR framework, drive standardisation of close, reconciliations and reporting, and lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group. Reporting to the Head of Group Business Services, you will shape a scalable, globally consistent accounting model to

Qualifications

• Extensive RTR or Financial Control leadership experience (10+ years).
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong technical accounting and financial controls knowledge.
• ERP implementation or finance transformation experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ideal: NetSuite, SAP or Oracle experience.
• Exposure to automation platforms such as BlackLine, Trintech Cadency or FloQast.
• Experience within Shared Services or Global Business Services.
• Background within multinational or acquisitive organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Record-to-Report operating model and multi-year roadmap.
• Standardise financial close, reconciliation and reporting processes.
• Improve month-end close performance and financial reporting quality.
• Support NetSuite implementation and future finance transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen financial controls and governance across the Group.
• Introduce automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Group Finance, Financial Controllers, Tax, Treasury and Shared Services.
• Drive consistent accounting processes across all operating companies.
