The successful candidate will oversee the E2E design and governance of the R2R and P2P processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimising systems. Key responsibilities include defining best practices, managing risks, establishing KPIs, and ensuring compliance. This is a senior finance role pivotal for the Finance Transformation Agenda and requires strong stakeholder communication skills across various functional teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in designing and governing finance processes.
• Strong knowledge of R2R and P2P processes.
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the global R2R and P2P process framework.
• Drive standardisation of finance processes across regions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging automation.
• Establish and monitor KPIs including DPO and time to close.
• Manage risk within the R2R and P2P process.
• Implement and optimise relevant systems including ERP solutions.
• Drive change management initiatives and communication.
• Foster a culture of best practice sharing.
