Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an International Record to Report Manager to own the group-wide R2R process across international entities. You will lead a team to ensure accurate, timely closes, sound technical accounting positions, and compliant statutory reporting.

You will partner with FP&A, Tax and Audit, manage intercompany eliminations, fixed assets, and revenue recognition under IFRS and US GAAP, while driving process improvements and automation across remote and multi-location teams in the

Qualifications

• IFRS and US GAAP knowledge with consolidated IFRS accounts.
• Experience leading remote teams across multiple locations.
• Audits: external audit management and deadlines.
• Technical accounting depth for complex transactions.
• Ability to form, document and defend accounting positions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end R2R process across international entities.
• Lead the close calendar, KPIs and post-close adjustments.
• Manage reconciliations, intercompany, and fixed assets.
• Oversee policy on revenue, leases, PPA, and consolidation.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury and Audit on reporting goals.
• Drive process improvement, automation and standard reporting.
