Accenture's Finance Reinvention Partner is seeking a consultant to redesign Record-to-Report and controllership services, shaping an empowered R2R operating model with data, controls and automation. You will analyse current-state, define target models, and translate decisions into requirements for ERP, analytics, and AI-enabled processes.

You'll work across group and local finance, GBS/GCC and Centres of Excellence, contributing to governance, service design, and transition planning while

Qualifications

• 4+ years in R2R, controllership, finance transformation or related consulting with ownership of analysis or design deliverables.
• Deep knowledge of period-end close, journals, reconciliations, intercompany and group reporting.
• Experience supporting decisions on retained and GBS scope, governance and service levels.
• Familiarity with ERP-enabled R2R transformation and analytics capabilities.
• Understanding of automation/AI in finance and where human judgement remains essential.

Responsabilités

• Assess current R2R operating model, close performance, and controls to identify pain points.
• Develop target R2R service model, placement options, and implementation dependencies.
• Produce operating-model and design deliverables for R2R areas with clear interfaces.
• Translate decisions into ERP, workflow, analytics, and AI requirements.
• Contribute to governance, RACIs, SLAs, and continuous-improvement routines.
• Support transition planning, knowledge transfer, training, testing, and cutover.
• Create client-ready deliverables and lead workshops with finance and technology stakeholders.
