Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Manager, QMS and Compliance to oversee the Quality Management System and regulatory affairs for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site in the UK. The role focuses on ensuring GMP compliance, cGMP adherence, and ongoing system improvements within a regulated environment dedicated to patient safety.

The successful candidate will lead QMS activities, manage regulatory filings with agencies such as the FDA and MHRA, and drive staff training on cGMP

Qualifications

Degree or higher level in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, or physical sciences.
Proven extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry, coupled with previous management experience.
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the site's Quality Management System activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Maintain and oversee regulatory filings, including interactions with agencies such as the FDA and MHRA.
Safeguard Swindon campus compliance with legal licenses, GMP, and other legal requirements.
Develop, monitor, and improve systems that establish and uphold quality standards aligned with regulatory and customer expectations.
Training staff on cGMP principles, site procedures, and company policies.
