Job summary
ACM Global Laboratories seeks a Proposals Analyst Pre Award to support Clinical Trials Proposal and Budget generation remotely in the UK. You will assist with pricing strategy, liaise with global affiliates, and contribute to standardized RFI processes while aligning with the Head, Global Proposals and Contracts.
The role requires CRO/clinical trials experience and strong Excel skills, with opportunities to work across global pricing initiatives and client interactions.
Qualifications
- BA/BS, or 3-8 years equivalent work experience in CRO, central laboratory or clinical trials required
- 2 years’ experience in Business or Sales Support setting
- Proficient in Excel and pricing/contract documents desirable
Responsibilities
- Review clinical protocols and RFP materials to determine pricing and proposal strategy with Head, Global Proposals and Contracts
- Assist strategy for proposal generation to optimize sales
- Liaise between ACM and global affiliates for global pricing strategy
- Assist in Proposal and Budget development and SOP maintenance
- Centralize and standardize RFIs
- Support global pricing strategy and ensure consistency across laboratories
- Ensure timely proposal generation and client communications
