ACM Global Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Proposals Analyst Pre Award to support clinical trials business development. The role focuses on pricing strategy, RFP review, and cross-functional collaboration with global affiliates.

The position requires a BA/BS or 3–8 years in CRO settings, with strong Excel skills and experience in pricing and contracts. Remote UK work is possible, with standard 37.5 hours per week and Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

BA/BS or equivalent in CRO, central laboratory or clinical trials.
2 years’ experience in business or sales support setting.
Proficient in Excel and pricing/contractual documents desirable.
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
Familiarity with industry tools such as Zymewire, Biopharma Insight, Sales Navigator and/or LinkedIn preferred.

Responsabilidades

Review protocols and RFP materials to determine pricing and proposal strategy with global pricing context.
Support Head of Global Proposals and Contracts on strategy for proposal generation to optimize sales.
Liaise between ACM and global affiliates to determine global pricing strategy.
Assist with proposal and budget development, including SOP maintenance.
Ensure timely delivery of proposals and participate in client meetings as required.
