Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials Limited is hiring a Contract Manager to lead sponsor contracts and change orders from negotiation through finalisation. You will collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal and Project Management to ensure contracts reflect project scope, timelines and financial requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 years in CRO/pharma or related environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong contract negotiation skills and commercial contracting knowledge.
• Experience budgeting, payment terms, sponsor bids and change orders.
• Strong cross-functional and global stakeholder management.
• Experience using CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, negotiation, and finalisation of sponsor contracts, change orders, amendments, and termination documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts reflect scope, budgets and timelines.
• Negotiate commercial terms including study budgets and payment schedules.
• Manage amendments and change orders; ensure updates are reflected in agreements.
• Develop and revise contract language, service descriptions, and SOWs.
• Coordinate internal reviews with Legal, Finance, Operations, and senior stakeholders.
• Track contract status, financial values and key metrics in CRM and finance systems.
• Support project handovers and communications between operations and sponsors.
