Job summary

TRIA in Central London is recruiting a Programme Manager – Business Change (People & Process) to lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes across functions, ensuring benefits realisation and strategic alignment.

You will report to senior stakeholders, own governance, budgets (£250k–£10m per programme), and manage matrix teams. MSP and PRINCE2 certification is essential; this is a strategic business change role rather than IT.

Qualifications

End-to-end delivery of large-scale change programmes.
Enterprise transformation across people, process and technology.
Senior stakeholder engagement, including Executive/Board reporting.
Budget ownership and supplier management.
Mature delivery in structured programme environments.
MSP and PRINCE2 certification is essential.

Responsibilities

Leading complex business change programmes from inception to handover.
Providing strategic leadership across planning, governance, delivery and benefits realization.
Owning risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and resources.
Building relationships with Executive and Board-level stakeholders.
Leading cross-functional, matrix-managed teams to delivery outcomes.
Managing programme budgets ranging from £250k to £10m.
