Job summary

Phorest is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Manager to lead the global product enablement and education strategy within the Product Operations team. You will educate customer-facing teams for new launches, develop scalable learning pathways, and drive adoption through governance of Pendo and knowledge systems.

You will partner across Product, Product Marketing, Education, Support, Success, Growth, Sales, and regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable customer value across

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in Product Enablement or related SaaS discipline.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Education, Support, Success, Growth, Sales.
• Proven ability to translate product capabilities into scalable enablement programs.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms (such as Pendo) and product analytics.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Shape global product education and launch readiness at Phorest, helping teams confidently bring new features to life.
• Own Phorest’s global product enablement and education strategy.
• Prepare customer-facing teams for new product launches with collateral, guidance, and systems to onboard, support, and grow adoption.
• Design learning pathways, training programs, playbooks, and self-service knowledge ecosystems.
• Own product content lifecycle standards for Jira, Notion, release notes, and feature catalogues.
• Define success metrics and leverage data to diagnose adoption barriers and drive improvements.
• Serve as a senior product expert across Phorest products, leveraging AI to scale enablement.
