Job summary

Pendo is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer in London to own strategic Enterprise accounts, drive technical strategy, and enable business outcomes across acquisition, adoption, and expansion. You will lead complex deployments, create playbooks, and coach others to raise team capability.

You will partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions, deliver tailored demos, and guide evaluations to success, while leveraging AI to accelerate content and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Account Management.
• Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior technical team members.
• Hands-on use of AI tools integrated into day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales motions with accounts, craft tailored demos, and guide technical evaluations.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion across strategic accounts with measurable outcomes.
• Architect and guide complex front-end implementations and integrations.
• Develop reusable playbooks and processes; coach peers across the team.
• Lead complex customer interactions and escalate technical challenges when needed.
