Job summary

Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales motion, delivering value by connecting technical execution to business outcomes. The Senior Customer Engineer will own strategic Enterprise accounts in the London market, leading complex deployments and driving retention and expansion across multiple lines of business.

This role emphasizes building reusable frameworks, coaching peers, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and content creation.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, TAM, or similar.
• Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Proven ability to manage strategic Enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams on pre-sales motions for new acquisitions, product expansion and growth.
• Drive measurable outcomes in customer health, retention, and expansion across strategic accounts.
• Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, and training.
• Build playbooks and fix re-usable workflows; coach peers and improve team processes.
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption of features and products; tie work to business outcomes.
