Job summary

Pure 4 Recruitment seeks an experienced Product Development Admin Manager to lead a China-based team, ensuring accurate specifications and streamlined administrative workflows across the full development cycle.

You will work closely with Product Specialists, Design, QA, Licensing, Merchandising and international manufacturing partners to drive efficiency, clear communication and timely progression from development to production.

Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency is essential.
• Experience in Product Development Administration or operations.
• Proven track record leading teams across countries/time zones.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Product Development Administration team based in China, ensuring priorities and high performance.
• Oversee product specifications, ensuring information is accurate and aligned with requirements.
• Coordinate with Product Specialists to complete administrative tasks on time.
• Review and improve development processes, documentation and workflows.
• Liaise with international factories on samples and timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation including BOMs, specs, packaging and components.
• Facilitate communication between UK and China teams and suppliers.
• Monitor workflows and deadlines to keep development on track.
• Identify risks and implement practical process improvements.
• Champion best practices across the function.
