Job summary

Carenbloom is seeking a hands-on Product/Programme leader to co-pilot the Head of Product and build a weekly product launch engine. You will manage a diverse pipeline, including moonshots, licensing, and new products, while removing blockers and coordinating across teams.

You’ll be comfortable running to factories, breaking apart products, and working with suppliers, with 4–7 years in product or project management. Mandarin plus English and global exposure are valued.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product management, project management, or operations.
• Experience with physical product businesses — packaging, manufacturing timelines, MOQs, and supplier dependencies.
• Experience supporting a senior product leader and amplifying impact.
• Consulting mindset with ability to structure paths forward.
• Business-level English and Mandarin required.
• Comfortable running to factories and hands-on product work.
• Global company experience is a plus.

• Experience with physical product businesses — packaging, manufacturing timelines, MOQs, and supplier dependencies..
• Experience supporting a senior product leader — you’ve been a strong co-pilot before and know how to amplify a leader’s impact..
• Management consulting mindset — you can jump into the hardest problem and structure a path forward..
• Business-level English and Mandarin — both required..
• Comfortable running to factories, breaking apart products, and getting hands-on..
• Global company experience is a plus..
