Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Greater Manchester is seeking a Fluent Mandarin speaking Product Development Admin Manager to oversee the administration and coordination that supports the wider Product Development function. You will ensure product information, specifications and documentation are accurate, up to date and delivered on time.

You will work closely with internal product teams and overseas factories, helping to keep development processes organised, efficient and on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in Buying, Merchandising or Product Development.
• Fluent Mandarin language skills.
• Experience working with factories or overseas suppliers on product specs and development.
• Experience mentoring a small team is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a small Product Development Administration team.
• Oversee product specifications, product information and development documentation.
• Work with overseas factories and suppliers on specifications, samples and amendments.
• Coordinate information between internal teams and manufacturing partners to keep development moving.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure key product development milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate product records, specifications and supporting documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support the wider Product Development team with day-to-day coordination and administration.
• Build strong working relationships with suppliers, factories and internal stakeholders.
