Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years SQE; or Master's with 10+ years.
• Extensive supplier quality management in regulated manufacturing.
• Leadership across multiple sites in a global organization.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, audits, and supplier development.

• Define and improve global supplier quality strategy.
• Lead the global SQE organization and develop talent.
• Oversee supplier qualification, audits, and actions.
• Drive supplier scorecards and performance reporting.
• Lead CAPA and preventive actions to reduce defects.
